內容簡介: How did terms like 'Asia,' 'Eurasia,' 'Indochina,' 'Pacific Rim' or 'Australasia' originate and evolve, and what are their connections to the built environment? In addressing this question, Architecturalized Asia? bridges the fields博客來網路書局 of history and architecture by taking 'Asia' as a discursive structure and cultural construct, whose spatial and ideological formation can be examined through the lenses of cartography, built environments, and visual narratives. The first section, on the study of architecture in Asia from the medieval through early modern periods, examines icons and symbols in maps as well as textual descriptions produced in Europe and Asia. 彰火車站後廣場 11月起收清潔費
彰化火車站後廣場現為免費停車空間，卻出現民眾長期占用停車格、停車秩序紊亂、環境清潔不佳，以及出入口不一車禍頻生等諸多亂象，市長邱建富昨（十八）日會同相關單位會勘，研商整頓之道，為利於加強管理，決議自十一月一日起由市公所收取清潔規費，未來則將把目前的「廣場用地」，變更為「停車場用地」。
有關彰化火車站後廣場，是於民國七十七年間，依據都市計畫法及土地法徵收開闢的廣場用地，並於民國八十六年整建為站後停車場，多年來提供市民免費停車使用，因位處台鐵彰化火車站後交通要地，通勤民眾停車需求頗高。
也由於停車量多，但又是免費停車使用，衍生不少問題，根據當地忠孝里長林正吉以及民眾反映陳情指出，長期以來存在停車格遭民眾長占用（包括廢棄車輛）、停車秩序紊亂以及環境清潔不佳等亂象，亟盼市公所能收費管理。
針對收費管理的措施，因受限於站後廣場的都市計畫使用分區為「廣場用地」，目前無法依停車場法申請設立停車場，實施停車收費管理；不過，昨日在會勘時，邱市長表示，可採取替代方案，先依據規費法，收取清潔規費，以利於加強管理維護，並裁定自十一月一日起實施。
而未來長久之計，則將尋求將「廣場用地」變更使用分區改為「停車場用地」使用，邱市長強調，此案已由彰化市都市計畫委員會審議通過，將呈報縣都委會與內政部核定。邱市長並表示，未來完成變更為停車場使用後，也希望能一併作為扇形車庫的停車場使用。
此外，有關目前廣場車輛出入口不一，並無號誌標示與指引，導致出口位置常發生車禍的問題，經過會勘研商，也決議未來出入口將統一設置，並透過號誌指引，以提高車輛出入的安全，改善車禍頻生的弊失。
